    Cook your bacon first, then mix and put in fridge till next day. They actually are better that way as the flavors all mix together over time.

    Joe, those cracklins look awesome. I've never seen them in a store, but there is a pork processor about 10 miles from me, I'll have to get some and try them out.

    I have wifi on my I-phone. That is a state park so they most likely do not have wifi. I feel if it is just a friendly competition, keep the judging simple. Pick some close by campers for judging and they vote for their favorite in each category.
