    My darling wife spent the afternoon and evening preparing our side dishes for the weekend. Can't have all meat and no taters. I spent the afternoon chasing down fresh ribs, butts, and other fixins. Some great eatin will be done this weekend. Doug, did you pick up the brisket yet?
