I barely have any leftovers for a brisket sandwich this morning after the new years party last night. Every one was committing on how good the brisket was. Thanks to all those that post their tips on here, my packer was a success.
Thanks to all the members on here, I had smoked my first brisket yesterday. It came out great thanks too all the tips on this great site that I've been reading about. I'm looking forward to trying some new recipes on here.
