    Getting there Man I like this smoker. here is a shot of the Tappaque. #1 is chamber right side #2  is the Point #3 is the flat #4 is chamber left side. With the adjustable baffle Im keeping the ITs of the flat and point pretty lock step

    Whats the opening into the cook chamber look like? and where is the smoke stack? Now Im curious. Its got a hot handle and a little warpage so heat is in its genes.

    Son?? not a chance but I can always use another brother. Yea, there is nothing wrong with stacking the deck, Im a very, if you want to make sure the dog likes you, put a pork chop in your pocket kinda guy.
