I realized there were no more brats in the freezer. Time to make another batch. Picked up a butt on sale and ground just over 5 lbs. Gander Mountain had Lem's Backwoods snack stick seasoning packs on close-out sale so tried a small batch of them also. Finished with 3 lbs of brats and 2 lbs of... -
