I have to say I cant help but think how this would work as some kind of potatoes au gratin......you got my wheels a turnin!
I agree with @TNJAKE .. I would do two racks... They are big but lime a brisket they will shrink down a lot....and its delicious!!
The ones ice posted on here were the 3 bone... I got them at sams club.. When I see them in the case sliced like the ones you did here I know they have them whole...
Yep... If I buy 5 birds that gives me 20 wing sections...thats enough for me and the boys...for now😂.....dont know what I'll do when they are teenagers😂😂

All looks great chris!!... I'm a fan of bbq on my ham steaks too.... Also a mix of brown sugar and mustard.... Enjoy the PBRs!!
Ive had some pretty busy nights lately and been eating on the fly or just zaping something in the microwave.... So when I got a little time this evening I decided wings really sounded good... Weather was warm and calm so I fired up the kettle.
Started off seasoning the wings with salt...
I love this!... Its all how you play it out!! Got to roll with the punches...in this case the punch was the terrible winds!..
Like Robert said. " necessity is the mother of all invention"
We have had some crazy wind lately as well.... And dry.... Just not a good combo.... That sure looks like it turned out great Robert !! I love kabobs and yours look fantastic even if there isn't a skewer😆..(not like you eat that part anyway!lol!).. I agree on the vegg needing to be crisp tinder...
