    Tri Tip on BGE tomorrow, should I make an Aus ju?

    Thanksgiving Turkey

    Thanks guys.  Unfortunately I didn't get any pics.  After I smoked it I had to run in it over to the in-laws house and things just got busy over there.  Brining and smoking turkey is the only way to do it in my mind.

    Christmas Prime Rib

    Decided to smoke a prime rib for xmas.  I have never cooked a prime rib let alone smoke one, but thanks to all the posts on here it came out fine.

    Thanksgiving Turkey

    It's a little late but here's my turkey I smoked for thanksgiving.  Brined it for 18 hours and smoked it 7.5 hours.  Turned out great!

    alblancher - it sits outside on my patio.  There's about a foot and a half between the smokehouse and the outside wall of the house.  The beams that look charred are actually metal.  The dowels up top are wood, but I figured the lower ones closer to the heat were probably better off being metal...
