    Xzebra, Yes they SHOULD burn chips at high and low temps, but as stated above they do struggle to burn chips at lower temps. So here's something to think about.........Even IF they burned chips reliably at lower temps, do you want to have to go out every 45 min to an hour and reload your chips...

    Your going to have to have some kind of fat in there. Otherwise I don't think it'll hold together well and it'll be rather dry.
