Made my first ATB's this weekend:
Soaked Jalapenos in milk to lower heat, Jack / Colby shredded mix, Cream Cheese, Adobo seasoning, Emeril's essence, onion powder, low fat bacon. Used Apple wood chips this time round.
All wrapped and ready to go:
