    Thanks for the suggestion, I gave them a call and they emailed me the manual in PDF form, I had it 2 minutes after I got off the phone with them. The person I spoke with couldn't believe that they didn't have the manual on their website.

    I try to buy locally but a lot of the stores are offering cheaper merchandise. I'm not a fan of cheap stuff, over the years I've learned that in the long run it's actually cheaper to buy the more expensive quality item so I find myself buying more and more online.

    If you ever find yourself in Chicago you have to check out Resi's Bierstube at 2034 W. Irving Park Road. They have 15 German brews on tap one of them being Hacker-pschorr weiss and another 150 foreign beers in the bottle. Weiss beer lovers have a selection of three taps and 30 bottles all their own.

    When I'm in your house I'll be polite and drink what you have to offer but in my house if you're company it's Black Label Jack. If you're a good friend it could be Gentleman Jack and for those that are really close there's always a bottle of Single barrel. Green Label is a no no.
