The smoker is a beast and cooks really well. I don't know which smoker you are going for but the one I have is reverse flow but runs hotter at the bend away from the FB than at the FB end. I am just learning about this smoker I have used it 4-5 times.

it's easy to light up and clean the FB because of the sliding ash pan. the draft is good but to make it even from end to end I think I will need to add a water pan for a heat shield at the bend. at moment I put big meats such as pork butts on the hot side, ribs in the middle, and poultry on the cool side.
