Sorry I didn't explain that all that great. It is a side fire box smoker. I would put the propane in the fire box and the amns in the cook chamber. So the smoke wouldn't be near the fire. I'll stop by roll call. Thanks for the welcome.
I have been considering doing something similar. I was considering using an amns in the cooking chamber for smoke and the propane just for heat. Any thoughts?
I'm new to this stuff but, I am wondering if a pork sirloin roast is ok to use for brats or bologna? Local super market has them on sale pretty cheap and was thinking about grabbing a couple to give it a try.
