All they send is the smoke box. You have to modify your chip loader. Simple job. Side cutters and 30 seconds and the job is done.- zballoon

I think you have to call them and they will ask your model # and send you a new box. It takes 5 minutes to replace.- zballoon

Here is the Smoke Box from my MES 40. Used it one time and they sent me the new larger one. I hate to throw it away, but if someone else wants it, it's yours! Just pay Postage! Maybe make a extra smoker? A Homebuilt? Paperweight? Get it by Tuesday or it goes in the trash! Danny- zballoon
