    gave this a go for Labor Day.  I was thinking about making it for the family for Christmas but it obviously needs a few practice runs first!   Turned out amazing. Sauced and rubbed Rib seasoned and ready for the fridge In the smoker - after 3 hours All done. Carved up and ready to eat!

    I love my 30" MES.  so far everything I've done in it has been great.  ANMPS was a huge + in keeping a good smoke overnight.
