    Had a few upgrades done but its ready. Not sure why everybody runs to a Lang there are some small builders that do great work. This is a custom 49x24 with extra large prep table, pull out upper and lower grates. 1/4" tuning plates. I love this thing.

    Which smoker would you recommend from these three?

    Get the Pecos.  Its an excellent mid level offset smoker  I would advise against ever using charcoal in the cooking chamber of any smoker.  But to each his own.  I had a Pecos smoker and it was an excellent pit for under $400 it can hang with the big dogs'
