I should have posted as North East Florida. I live south of Jacksonville and east of Gainsville, in the small town of Interlachen. Hello from North Florida! I am very interested in learning and trying different techniques for the use of my grill/smoker. I have a Professional Char-Grill/Smoker that I use often and really enjoy it. I not a cook by any means so that is why I am here to learn.- wyatt earp
