Well I picked up the mes 40 today and seasoning it as I type this. No problem with the few simple parts to assemble. I'm amazed how fast it heats up to 275 and maintains temp really well. First smoke will be this wknd, pork chops with a homemade rub that we've used for years on the grill. I...- wishlist
