Wassis meats make their own seasonings, no preservatives and really good. Also make a whole varity that is salt free for those who cannot have salt in their diet.- wassis meats

Low sodium kielbasa and regular kielbasa
we do not put any cure in the seasoning package. These are intended to be made into a "fresh" product. It yu want to smoke them, then you need to add cure to the mix.
