27 year old young man who loves to cook. I mainly Use your standard webster charcoal grill. Huge fan of grilling steak and chicken breast, MY chicken is chronic!!! My uncle had a party a few months back and had food catering there. It was a smoke pit. The food was so delicous and had amazing smoke flavor and taste I just fell in love and wanted to start smoking my own food. Went out and bought my starter smoker, The brinkman side box at about 250$. Did alot of research online for tips and hints. I just love it now
