    Hey guys i have been a lurker for probably a year, so now its time for me to finally join. I new to smoking but im slowly learning I have a weber 22.5 for grilling and i indirect on it a lot. I also have a ECB and this week I received a almost free cajun injector electric smoker

    academy had thier cajun injector electric smokers for $99 dollars(might be some left if anyone wants one)....this morning they had scratchoffs for the first 100 customers so the first academy my wife got  2 $10 dollar gift cards so we got those and went to the other academy sports across town...

    got my bird on but the only smoker i have is a cheap brinkman so i opted to just put mine on the weber and indirect heat.
