    I just had to relight mine also. Got it good now after blowing on it a few times. Got some good smoke rolling off it now.

    What are you paying for whole bellies?

    $2.79 per pound at the local butcher Jackson,MI. Had to buy 35 lbs it was pretty well trimmed up. I have a lot of Bacon to make.

    I was looking for a cure recipe and found a very active and interesting forum. So I joined! I've been smoking Brisket, Butts, and ribs for many years. I found a butcher local to me that could get me some bellies. I'm on my second attempt at making bacon. First round came out OK but too salty...
