    Chuck roast burnt ends…..on PBC?

    Where is this recipe you speak of?  My wife has a chuck roast and wants me to do burnt ends.  Is this something I can do for dinner tonight or is it gonna be an all day or overnight smoke?  Just curious.  I've never done them this way.

    Trying to find a paty to a smoke hollow pellet grill (SAMs club brand). Is this the same as your cabelas? I think outdoor leisure makes smoke hollow too. Any info appreciated
