Im building a smoker/grill i was wondering the best way to add smoke since i really like the looks of it now i dont really want to add anything to the outside of the cooker but i will do what is gonna work the best. the cooking surface is 34"x48" i will add pics of it for a better idea. Thanks...
I'm building a smoker/grill need some ideas on burner or burners,banjo style or pipe and size of either i would like to make my own pipe burner but don't know the hole size or spacing that would be efficient its 34"x 48 and 32" tall Thanks for your help.
sorry about no details, its 34"x48"and 32" tall and i want to be able to grill burgers,hotdogs etc... plus get the temp down and be able to control it very well to smoke also, i posted pics of it in the roll call section check them out because its different to say the least i have quite a bit if...
