    Smoking a brisket and pork butt together.

    After thanking about it last night, I did have one question about the brisket. With it being a little dry but tender, what could be done to keep the tenderness and get it more moist? I've never had one turn out like this.

    Well here they are. Brisket turned out alright, was a little dry but still tender. The shoulder turned out awesome! It stalled out on me around 180 degrees so I had to finish up in the oven. Other than that a little flare up things went great. Thanks for the help!
