My place is located in the very Southwest corner (swamp land) of Arkansas. App. 10 miles from Louisiana, 20 miles from Texas and 35 miles from Oklahoma. I work in Texas and travel all over it...where's Whitehouse? -

Main ingredient for my brine when doing turkey or chicken is sliced up oranges...I think it adds a lot of flavor.- tomnt369
