    Thanks for the info. I ordered the mav 732 already. Also the weber chimney and some apple and cherry chunks to get me started, i think ribs will be my first smoke. Did you just spray the pam or season it with 'wasted' meat as well? I plan on doing a full empty smoke on high heat to 'prime'...

    Hey all, I live in NYC, but spend my weekends in CT . Have been grilling for years, Weber S-670 stainless steel, and finally decided to give smoking a try.  Just ordered my WSM 22.5 from Amazon, gets delivered this week so I have it for long weekend coming up. Very excited.  Any tips you guys...
