I played with it a little bit last night and the temp swings are terrible.. Plus i had it set at 250 and my therma pro was reading 300.. Any tips or suggestions.

I got one a couple months ago and i love it. The bluetooth app is pretty easy to understand. It will dissconnect with no reason every once in awhile at least mine has but has never shut the smoker off. Good luck
