    Cheaper in price...but not cheaper in quality. I can tell you from ownership of the similar sized Cookshack units - these from Smokin' it and Smokin' Tex are absolutely as well built - maybe heavier than Cookshack.

    I have just been informed that we have commitments from several vendors. They will be donating cooking equipment/accessories that we will be raffling off to help pay for the venue. The fun factor just continues to build.....YOU need to be there!

    Backsmokin.... Well said - logical, an even scientific approach.....Well done! I cook by the philosophy of adding moisture to the meat in a number of different ways - but I do not like to use artifically wet wood. It isn't just steam - it is wet soot that collects on the meat. Not good. T
