An update from McCutchenville!!!
Well the turkey is done, (one half on the top rack & one half on the bottom rack). They turned out AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will try to post pics, once I figure it out!- tall fat crippled one

That is an EXCELENT IDEA about catching the drippings! I will definately figure out a way to do that in my smoker. I love making gravy's and sauces from drippings in the house. Why not do the same with the smoker!!- tall fat crippled one
