    Deviled smoked Easter eggs.

    Thanks for the idea, know what I am going to smoke this weekend.  Already smoked eggs several times, but they all got turned into pickled eggs (at least most of them).....

    Smoked PIckled Eggs

    Cold smoked the peeled boiled eggs for about 4 hours with a light smoke from my cold smoker and then pickled the eggs.  Again, people from work are begging for more.

    I am located just 3 miles south of sturgis.  have plenty of smoker capacity at my place.  maybe we can get together at my pad.  will coordinate more as we get closer to next year.  might be a great opportunity to swap some or at least try some other recipes first hand.
