After reading all the post about chicken I decided after my half of day at work tomorrow that i'm going to smoke ALOT of boneless chicken breast. I'm going to brine half and not brine the other half. Just to see if I like brine or not. What temps do i cook them at and what temp do i take them...
I tried to make some for the 1st time last week and man there were good. I caneoed mine missed some seeds in a few WOW what a surprise. I'm not sure if you just cut of the top how people are getting all of the seeds and stuff out without breaking the pepper. Magic i guess
Ive got the same smoker 3 or 04 mos ago and it rocks. havnt had any issues at all with it. Once the pan is in ( i use dr pepper in mine) and the meat is in you'll be fine. Everytime time i've used it says at 200-250 Ive used chunks ive used chips So no worries at all.
Oh Im sure she will. smoked some baby backs and some boudin this past weekend. I was tring to make Jeff's sauce I kept having to run back to the computer and see what was next. I'm sure it wont last very long before she figures it out
