    How did you come up with your screen name?

    Called into a radio show for something stupid.  I introduced myself, and the host said "I dont like the name Zach, I am going to just call you Waffles".  It kinda stuck.  I added the STL in front for forums that wont allow or already have a "Waffles"

    We use the cabelas 1Hp grinder to make sausage, and it is almost effortless. We had a cheaper one a while back and it was a workout to process meat.

    I have a digital probe for IT, but nothing for ambient yet. I usually set the thermometer from my oven in there but I keep having to open the door. I plan to weld a bung on and put a more permanent probe in the smoker, but my welder is currently out of gas.
