Ten days ago i rubbed some Hi Mountain buckboard bacon cure into some split butts. Today I rinsed, soaked and went to dry them when I noticed some very yellow streaks on some of the meat. Anybody got any ideas? I'm thinking better safe than sorry. I've made this before with good results but...
