This will be a huge project! You may want to re-think your trailer options. The reverse flow I just built from a 500 gal propane tank was extremely heavy due to the 3/8" inch thick metal. I would make sure that you have a heavy duty axle, 3500 lbs or better. Good luck!
Update: New axle, had to shorten it, new wiring, taillights, repacked all bearings, flipped trailer back over, and now ready for the smoker to be lifted into place!
Tacked up the stacks today. That's my neighbor using the plasma cutter to open the holes. We have the front stack at the top of the cook chamber and the rear stack positioned between the two racks. Our goal is to be able to fine tune where the smoke and heat comes across the food.
