Everything came out great..(well I'm a little biased...) the family devoured everything. My favorite was the brisket, since it was my first one I decided to keep it safe and purchased the rub from one of our favorite BBQ joints (Rudy's) and I think I came our awesome... About 11 hours at 225...
have you looked at smoke hollow? I just got one of their units and like it so far..not too thrilled about the 90 warranty on masterbuilt... But I'm just getting my feet wet... I just started this delicious journey...

Apparently this is a new model...I. contacted the co. For a meat prove to connect it to the smoker and they said it was new and proves would be available beg. In February......128544 I do have an external one but wanted to have the one connected to the unit since having two or more items...
