    Rookie Smoker

    Hello everyone. I am Josh from southern Illinois. I am a rookie when it comes to smoking. I just built my own homemade smoker out of a 55 gallon drum. Tried it out sunday with some pork chops and everything turned out awesome. Can't wait to try more.
