    I went to their site and the unit is no longer there.  I even did a search of my own and I saw the unit listed in the listings, but when I went to click on it I kept getting an error page.

    Goliath?  Does the unit only do wood chips?  Or can you put pellets in it as well?  And I gather from whats been said that it works with hot smokes as well as cold smokes, right?

    I think I may just try the microwave thing the next go around before putting them into the AMNPS. Our oven in the house doesn't work.  Someday I will get a chance to remodel this house.  I hope....

    I live in Kansas, near Kansas City the home of GREAT BBQ!  The humidity has bee a bit much here lately, so I am pretty convinced its wet pellets.
