    finished them off on charcoal grill to char a bit. ..sweet potatoes with honey butter and asparagus. .excellent

    41 degrees in Ohio today and smoked wings. .held temp perfect at 240 for 2 hrs

    Thank you. .actually the only reason the door is in the back is because that was already a open area. I fastened the door on the front solid. Just worked out better that way for me.

    15 degrees out and snow today. .155 degrees inside smoker full of deer sticks. .snow on top of smoker didn't melt
