    That would be the one you like the best. It sounds like you have a good grasp on the basic. Now just adjust to your likeing. There are some great suggestions in the rub section. Its a personal thing ya' know. Have fun with it. Good Luck!

    Home made baked beans from dry beans, not a can

    Yep' love to cook my own beans here. I have not yet tried to smoke any I use a slow cooker "crock pot" after soaking them overnight and a rinse. My favorite are small pink beans Santa Maria style. Great recipe. Keep us posted on your adventure.
