I have been interested in cooking/bbq/smoking for some time now. I was so blessed to be able to marry the women of my dreams on 5/29/11, and with that, came a new Outdoor Gourmet Triton smoker from my In Laws! ( HOW SWEET IS THAT?) I love all types of cooking, but there is something about smoking that I love. It may be the time it takes to perfect the food,or the time it gives me, to be with family and friends, whatever it is, I LOVE IT!
