    Went pretty well today. The shoulder was magnificent and only took about 9 hrs, the brisket was bulked after 7 hrs and would have been better if I didn’t have to keep it wrapped in a cooler for 4 hrs but I can’t complain and everyone was very happy. The collard greens were excellent.

    Received an early fathers day gift today and it was a brand new Weber Smokey Mountain, only problem it was the model without the grommet for the temp probes...  Is that the only difference in the early 2013 model vs the newer one...  Deciding weather or not to return it.
