    Which seasoning for Jalepeno and cheese sausage?

    I buy a german and a smokie mix and mix them 50/50. I use 2 lbs of white american chesse and 16 oz of rinsed tamed jalapeno for 10lbs of meat. turn out wonderful. good luck.

    washington state newbie

    Hello everyone, Ive been lurking around for some time and decided to join up. Ive seen great info and advice. Like the title says im from washington state, ive been smoking meats and making sausage for a little over a year now. Love It! I work in construction running heavy equipment.
