Howdy folks. I am orginally from Louisiana and now reside in Conroe Texas. You know how we cajuns love our food. Can't wait to learn new recipes. I have a 4x4 smokehouse and often make smoked venison sausage. Great for gumbo........YUUUUMMMMMYYY!!!- shotgun slim
