I was at Bucee's yesterday and sampled some smoked/dried beef product.....like a cross between jerky and steak, bohemian garlic recipe i think, maybe a cured tenderloin?, is that possible....anybody had this? I thought it was great
Jus there to say hi....recently got a Trager 34.....made a batch of venison snack sticks and jerky, cured smoked salmon so far.....turned out good, just need more practice. looking forward to summer sausage, and whatever else i can smoke
