    Thanks JC! I just bought a couple bags of the Oak from Academy today at lunch to try out. I've used the RO in the past but I end up with so many small crushed pieces. This stuff seems to be larger chunks.

    I haven't heard of "Q-view". From searching the forum it looks like that is just pictures of the cooking process?

    Smoke them for 3 hours, wrap in aluminum foil for 2 then unwrap and finish off for 1 hour...in my experience, it never takes 3-2-1, more like 2-1.5-.5 at 225-250...but I don't like my ribs done to the point the bone pulls right out. If  you google it there are a lot of post out there about...
