Piney, at this moment, we are planning to rent one of those little cabins if we can get one. I suppose we should be looking into reserving one now, but we have been busy with getting ready for the Arkansas trip.
Here's a few that Matty (Monstah) took, and that I took. Will add Scotty's when he gets around to downloading them.

I'll give you my personal recipe for red potato salad for a group:
5 pounds red potatoes, scrubbed and boiled in the skins.
Let them cool so you can handle them easier.
Cut them up in the size you want leaving the skins on....like bite size or smaller.
Add to the bowl of potatoes:
2 cups...
No juniper berries? We use juniper berries when we brine and rub our pastrami. It is absolutely the best. I think it gives the pastrami that distinctive flavor. Great looking photos, pne123. Thanks for the input.
You can pretty much count on Scotty and I to be there. Not sure what we are bringing yet. Might be some pastrami, or not. Who knows what we will be smoking then. The date for the smoke-out is April 5th, correct?
I love ribs. They are my very favorite. Your cheesy casserole looks just like the recipe I posted a couple of weeks back called "potato casserole". A friend had given the recipe to me after having it at her house and loving it. I made it for the last pot luck at the clubhouse, with good reviews.
