I agree with ButtBurner, I spot paint with the Rustoleum grill paint and it seems to do the trick.
I clean out my smoker, by hand, but the only time I pressure was it is when I get ready to move (I'm in the military)...and the movers demand it. Then I always have to reseason it.
I would...
The Ribs fell off the bone and were awesome...I used a little squeeze Parkay along with some apple juice when I wrapped them.
I did notice a good bit of leakage around the firebox, so I sealed the gaps from the outside with Permetex Red Sealant and then top sprayed it with some 1000* Rustoleum...
I agree with boykjo, by separating the tanks and retrailering then you could add counterweights to the doors and make it a heckuvalot safer.
I also noticed that the wheels are under the trailer and seem kinda small to me...if you had a blowout the Cooker is going to smack the roadway or roll...
After a test burn last week, which I was able to get a good range of temperatures 225-300 degrees...I fired up the my new OKJ Longhorn today...

A few years ago I was in a buddies wedding and we went to Bass Pro Shops and asked if they did wedding registries...they looked puzzled and said no...
While my buddy and I walked out we determined this was a good thing...
