    Hello to all....Ribsy here glad to be a part of this forum.... I have a barrel grill with off set smoker...I hardly use the smoker unless I am smoking jerky..(smoking some this afternoon) I smoke indirect ....mmmmm love me some ribs  Have smoked a whole hog on a block pit....mmmmmm yummie...
