Cleaning off the temp probe seems to have fixed it for now...
But now, it's taking forever to heat... An hour to get to 270. I did have to replace the coil a while back, could this heat issue be related to poor connections to the coil?

Mine take a LONG time to heat also... And I have trouble getting it over 265 (wanted to burn it in real hot... Nope)... My fire box is pretty big, but still have issues getting it hot.
