Hello everyone! I am a newbie to smoking! Just got a MES 30" smoker. We are from Wisconsin. I must say there is so much infomation on here and it is just amazing. We can't wait to try things and so good to know that help is so close by for ideas, etc. Renee' -
new smoker needs help
We had a MES and it would not maintain temperature so we returned that one and bought one with the digital reading on top and just got it today and we are having a time with it. It will not go above 220 degrees and to season it we are to go to 275. Any ideas?- renee
